Actually Nase’
Pocong Culinary is ordinary rice, but only a few things affect it so that its
name sounds horror. The naming process is not because the rice is spicy like
devil noodles and others. The reason why the culinary is called nase’ Pocong,
because this rice shop is only open at night, the color of this dish is spiced
red and also because of its location close to the cemetery.
In the last few
years, nase’ Pocong has become a trend center for people in Bangkalan City and
surrounding areas. His stall which is always crowded with buyers proves that
this nase’ Pocong has succeeded in attracting the interests and tastes of
Bangkalan people.
The appearance
of this nase’ Pocong is like mixed rice that you often encounter. Side dishes
are diverse and can be considered quite a lot. There is beef, chicken meat, soy
sauce vermicelli, chicken liver, tuna, tofu and vegetable stir-fry carrots, and
beans. Do not forget also to perfect the taste there is a special chili sauce
that makes the nase’ Pocong so
different.
